Prof. Q.Y. Ma is the Chairman and CEO of Time Medical Systems Inc.  

Prof. Ma has more than 30 years of R&D and management experience. He served as an associate professor at Columbia University, Harvard Medical School, and Deputy Director of the Magnetic Resonance Engineering Center at the University of Hong Kong. He owns more than 30 patents and published more than 200 papers. He is a leading expert in the fields of microelectronics, superconducting materials and devices, biomedical sensors, and medical imaging. Dr. Ma served as a consultant for IBM, GE, Du Pont and other companies in the United States. Dr. Ma is the co-founder and advisor of SMIC. He currently serves as a steering committee member of the Collation for Innovation in Biomedical Research (CIBR) in the US. 

Dr. Ma received his Ph.D in microelectronics from Columbia University and graduated from the Stanford Executive Program (SEP) of Stanford Business School. 

馬啟元教授

馬啟元教授是美時醫療系統公司的董事長兼執行長。

馬教授擁有30多年的研發和管理經驗。曾任哥倫比亞大學、哈佛醫學院副教授，香港大學磁振造影工程中心副主任。擁有專利30餘項，發表論文200餘篇。他是微電子、超導材料與裝置、生物醫學感測器和醫學影像領域的頂尖專家。馬博士曾擔任美國IBM、GE、杜邦等公司顧問。馬教授是中芯國際的共同創辦人和顧問。他目前擔任美國生物醫學研究創新整理組織（CIBR）的指導委員會成員。

馬教授在哥倫比亞大學獲得微電子學博士學位，並畢業於史丹佛商學院史丹佛高階主管課程（SEP）。
